Background

Kingswood is a small progressive firm of Chartered Accountants and Corporate Finance Advisers located in Coldbath Square, London EC1.

The team consists of 2 partners, 4-5 professional staff and 2 secretaries, working together in a professional but informal environment.

 The Role

The receptionist / junior secretary / admin assistant role involves working with the Partners and professional staff and providing backup and support to two busy secretaries. Duties include coping with a busy typing workload, dealing with the post, answering telephones, filing, mail merges and organising client meetings and lunches.

Responsibilities and Duties

·        Audio typing

·        Incoming Post

·        Banking incoming cheques

·        Filing and administration including debt collection

·        Mailshots

·        Answering telephones

·        Organising meetings and in-house lunches

·        Receiving clients/guests for meetings

·        Working as part of a team in servicing our clients, assisting in the general smooth running of the office.

Kingswood is fully computerised, extensively using Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint).

This role offers a competitive salary according to age and experience, together with 25 days annual leave. After a qualifying period, BUPA Healthcare and a season ticket loan are available.
